Ana Canielli has devoted her 16 year career to serving U.S. Govenment, Intelligence Community and commercial clients. She specializes in the area of instructional systems design (ISD), development and delivery. As a Senior Consultant with EDS and Booz-Allen and Hamilton, and as a Program Manager for Special Aerospace Security, she has guided clients in strategic planning and annual budgeting for training, the ISD process and managing training offerings.

Teamed with Falcione Consulting Group, Ana provides consulting services in training, communications/marketing strategies, and human resources consulting. Ana received her B.S. degree in Psychology from James Madison University and an M.S. degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology from Mississippi State  University.
