Before becoming a Consultant at Falcione Consulting Group, John served as a human resources careerist with the Central Intelligence Agency for 35 years. He performed in overseas and domestic assignments in all of the Agency's directorates and was Director of Business Process Management for the National Reconnaissance Office from January 2005 to September 2007. He was presented one of the Agency's top honor awards, the Intelligence Commendation Medal (ICM ), for his achievements.

Currently a consultant to government industry on management, and process improvement, John received a B.S. degree in Organizational Psychology from George Mason University.  He has also pursued Masters‑level studies at George Mason in human factors engineering.
