Using a systems analysis to relate communication
needs to organizational goals, FCG conducts surveys and needs
analyses to identify organizational communication problems and
determine optimal uses of organizational resources. The final
product is a document defining the gap between organizational
needs and communication practices, providing long-range
strategies as well as short-term recommendations. We also
counsel individuals or groups on communication problems,
interpersonal conflict, team building, and customer services.
Training and Development
Working with managers and other
staff, FCG conducts numerous workshops in areas such as Team
Building , Facilitation Skills, Customer Service, Briefing and
Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Conducting Meetings,
Coaching and Counseling Skills, Conflict Management,
Interpersonal Skills, Leadership and Contemporary Management
Practices, and Internet-based 360-degree assessment and
development. All training provided emphasizes both conceptual
and specific behavioral skill development, using a combination
of mini-lecture/discussion, experiential activities, and
video-taped feedback.
